Who I am
Kasey Digital is a website, SEO and Meta ads studio run by Kasey Anderson in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect through kaseydigital.com, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions go to [email protected].
What I collect
- When you book an audit: your name, email address, business name, website address, your goals, whether you run Meta ads and how you heard about me. Booking runs through Cal.com.
- When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe through Cal.com. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you choose to send.
- When you visit the site: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. If I switch on the Meta Pixel, Meta may set cookies to measure visits and bookings that come from ads.
How I use it
- To prepare for and run your audit, and send you your report.
- To reply to you and, if you hire me, to do the work and bill you.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who it's shared with
Only the services that make the site and bookings work: Cal.com (scheduling and video calls), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and, if switched on, Meta (ad measurement). Some of these services may store information outside Canada. Each has its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
Booking and audit information is kept while it's useful for our work together and for my business records, then deleted. You can ask me to delete it sooner, unless I have to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
If you're not satisfied with how I've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
